Is there a setup fee?
Setup is a one-time fee: ₹2,999 for Starter, ₹4,999 for Growth and ₹9,999 for Pro. The first 10 founding stores pay no setup fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. The new price applies from your next billing period.
Can I still take orders on Instagram and WhatsApp?
Yes. You add DM and phone orders to your admin by hand, with the same pricing and stock rules as a website order. There's no automatic inbox sync.
Do I need a card to get started?
No. Sending an inquiry or booking a demo doesn't need a card.
